Keynote: Building Positive Attitudes...Boosting Client Connection
This keynote helps us to understand basic facts about our attitudes and then helps build a foundation for a more positive attitude. Our attitudes need periodic review to make sure that they are accurate and as positive as possible. Realizing that we can control our attitudes begs for a way to improve them. Russ shows how using humor, gratitude and serving others can not only build our attitudes, but also connect us with coworkers and customers.
Russ uses personal experiences to illustrate his observations of positive attitude. These stories contain humor to help listeners relax and have fun, enhancing the learning environment.
"Your presentation encouraged all of our staff. It helped renew our commitment to serving the elderly and disabled of South Carolina."

"Russ Bell's presentation and style was exactly what the South Carolina Bankers Association was looking for in a speaker. We hosted a college day for students and we wanted a positive upbeat presentation. He shared true practical examples and words that reinforced good values and doing your best.
